What
Are Holistic Therapies?
Holistic
therapies address the balance of the mind, body and spirit. These therapies
aim to rebalance the whole, resulting in a relaxed state which allows
the body to heal itself. A detailed consultation is required to assess
the client's needs so that a personalised treatment can be designed.
Certain
medical conditions require your GP's written approval, before treatment
can be given. Occasionally offering an alternative treatment may be necessary.

The therapist
creates a personalised blend of aromatherapy oils designed to meet your

For tight, sore muscles try an aromatherapy sports massage. A deep massage

Aromatherapy
treatments are effective due to the combined effect of the therapeutic

inhalation of the oils' aroma.

- Helps to rejuvenate tired feet
The feet represent a microcosm of the body, with all the organs, etc.,
laid out similarly on the feet. Reflexology highlights imbalances within
your body and by working over specific areas on your feet these imbalances
can be addressed. The body becomes more balanced and more able to heal
itself.
The full
reflexology treatment includes a relaxing foot spa followed by a relaxing
foot massage. The energy pathways through your body are then worked over.
Alternatively, relax with the foot spa and massage.
The treatment
