Me-time
is a period of time when you can do something that you enjoy to help you
relax. Whether it is a relaxing treatment, a fitness class or a personal
training session, we aim to help you de-stress, relax and achieve your
personal health and fitness goals. The holistic
treatments help you to relax and leave the daily stresses behind. Whereas,
the sports treatments tend to work deeper into the muscles helping to
relieve tight, sore problem areas. Our Pilates
classes aim to improve posture, tone the abdominal muscles, reduce pressure
on the back and give a balanced workout. The yoga
classes are divided into specific areas, e.g. a power strength class to
tone the body and burn calories, a more relaxing class to help stretch
and tone and a relaxation section to calm the mind. Karate
Aerobics is an aerobic workout based on karate moves. No experience is
necessary, no sparring involved, great calorie burner, tones Legs, Bums
Tums and Arms. If you
have specific goals and need motivation to achieve them, perhaps personal
training is for you. Whether its weight management, pre/post natal or
improved sport performance, we have the experience to help you and design
a session just for you. Our services
are available to the general public. The classes are available on pay-as-you-go
terms, 10 week courses or a monthly subscription. Some classes are special
courses with a limited number of people per class.still good value. If
